Construction Update

Chatroom and Forum:
Evil spammers pretty much took over the forum so now I'm fixing that so it never happens again, the forum should be up and running again within a week or two 1/22/2011

Still working on implementing a chatroom into our forum board, sorry folks but it's going to be down until i can get it just the way i want it...this is all as of 8/01/2010.
